We want you to be happy, so we make it easy. Just have your order number in hand, you'll find it in the email you received when you placed your order at Satorisan. Here we go!
Exchanges
Unfortunately, we don't have the option to exchange items. If you need a different size, or color, you can request a return here and then place a new order on our website.
Returns
You have 30 days to return a product. Returns have a cost of $60 for the US and $30 for the rest of the countries. Please note that products must be returned in perfect condition, with their original box, tags, and all accessories.
