Our products are manufactured in Vietnam and a minor part in Portugal, with loads of love. We are responsible for the whole manufacturing process, and we cherish our people in the same way we take care of our designs. Every single person who contributes to the manufacturing process is part of our family.

We use carefully selected premium materials and combine handcrafted processes with state-of-the-art technology. A blend of love and passion that shapes our products into unique pieces.

Through our website we sell almost everywhere. Select the area that corresponds to your country when entering our website or look for your nearest store here.

Your purchase is made in USD. If you make it from a country with another currency, your card provider will apply the exchange rate when charging the order to your account. The prices shown on our website are always retail prices, with taxes included*.

*Prices in orders from non-EU countries may be subject to import charges. Payment of these costs is the sole responsibility of the customer.

Yes, if you have created an account, by going to your Satorisan account and clicking on the "Edit addresses" button, you can add a new one or modify your addresses. At the checkout, confirm which one you want your order to be delivered to.

To receive the newsletter, you can enter your email address in the box at the bottom of our website. You can also tick the corresponding box when placing an order.

Orders

Shipments sent to the European Union will not be subject to any import duties and/or taxes. Shipments sent outside the above-mentioned area might be subject to the import dutiesand/or taxes imposed by your country. These costs are your expense and in addition to your invoice charges. Please contact your local customs office for details.

United States: Unfortunately, since shipping costs have increased significantly due to the new customs and trade regulations, to keep delivering our shoes with the same care, process and security, we have to apply a $25 shipping fee for all US orders.

Rest of the countries: Standardshipping is free for purchases over $100. If you order less than $100 the standard shipping cost is $55.

In case of refusing the package before its delivery, we will deduct $85 (shipping cost + return cost) from your refund.

The estimated delivery time is 4 to 7 natural days after your order leaves our warehouse. However, keep in mind that this estimated time depends on the formalities with the destination customs.

Don’t worry, the courier will notify you so that you can arrange a new delivery or deliver the package to a pickup location.

As soon as you receive the email with the tracking number, you can log in to the carrier's website and request that your package be dropped off at a nearby pickup location.

When your order leaves our warehouse you will receive an email with a link and tracking number from FedEx (USA) or UPS (other countries).

You can track your order directly on their website. If you prefer, you can also track it here, by entering your tracking number or your email and order number.

If you think your package might have gotten lost in transit, you can reach out to us! We will open an investigation with the transport agency and provide a solution as soon as possible.

Oops! Something must have gone wrong. We apologize, please do not receive it. The courier company will return it to us, and we will contact you as soon as possible to send you a new one.

You can send us an email at hello@satorisan.com with pictures of the complete pair, of the soles and of the defect. Then, we will revise it and give you an answer as soon as possible.
